It is meant as an observation deck, sunset and stargazing area and a little retreat from your retreat. Please note that the pool area includes two low-profile safety fences installed near the pool, as required by the city. These were added for safety compliance and may not appear in some older photos. The pool remains fully accessible and usable. To ensure we can continue providing premium pool and spa services despite high fuel and delivery costs, a deposit is required for heating. For longer stays, please contact us to discuss special arrangements. We understand fees aren’t fun, but they help us deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. ✦ Pool heating: $200 per day and reaches 84°F; request 24+ hours in advance ✦ Spa heating: $30 per day - on-demand; heats to 102°F; please keep lid on when not in use ✦ Pet fee: $100 per pet ✦ Extra guest (above 4): $50 per night ✦ Unauthorized late check-out: $100 per hour ✦ Access via dirt roads off the highway - drive slowly; all standard cars can make it. ✦ No events, weddings, or photoshoots without prior written permission.
