IMPORTANT NOTE: Supply Closet is not accessible for guests RV Bathroom is not accessible but bedroom can be used Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March. Hot Tub rules: To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub. No pets of any kind or size in hot tub. Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover. There is plenty of parking spots available for guests! More than comfortably enough spots for 3 cars. AMENITIES: We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too! ENTRY: A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival. OUTDOOR SPACE: The whole space is fully fenced and features a hot tub, yoga deck, propane fire pit, sauna, cowboy pool, hammocks, tanning chairs, outdoor dining, and more! PARKING: The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Feel free to open the gates to let your car inside the fenced area. INTERNET: The house has good internet access through the satellite on the house. Cell reception may be spotty depending on your carrier. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: King Size Bed Bedroom 2: King Size Bed RV: Double Bed KITCHEN: Fully equipped with Cafe appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils ◦ THINGS TO NOTE: Fenced yard: Fully fenced Cell phone coverage: T-Mobile may some times have issues with cell coverage Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads, some spots may be difficult for low riding car Outdoor Surveillance: One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras are located inside the property or the backyard. ◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. ◦ RULES: Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding! ◦ Sauna * During the winter months, the sauna temperature may not get as hot as it would in warmer weather. The cold temperatures can affect its heating. To enhance the experience, adding sauna bowls with water can help improve the heat. -Cowboy Tub Availability- The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking. ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee. IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and COWBOY POOL To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub. • We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. • No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool. • Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. • Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub • Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub facilities. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests. * Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee. Pets ◦ Pet Fee $100 per pet -We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy.
