A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed. The home is in a remote location, and the last 0.6 miles are dirt roads, so please take it slow. The dirt roads are maintained, and a four-wheel drive car is not necessary, but please note that the dirt roads may have ruts, particularly after rainstorms. -No Microwave or TV- Please note that this home is intentionally designed for a simpler, more unplugged experience. As part of that design, there is no microwave or television in the space. Meals can easily be reheated using the oven or stovetop. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect and enjoy a quieter stay, you’ll feel right at home here. Please make sure you’re comfortable with these arrangements before booking. -Tesla EV Charger- Please note that we have a Tesla EV Charger - you will need an adapter for non-Tesla vehicles. -Firewood- We do not provide firewood for the wood burning fireplace, if you'd like to enjoy the fireplace, we recommend picking up bundles of firewood at a local grocery store. Please only use firewood and fire starters, do not use lighter fluid. -Pool Heating Fee- Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. Please note that we will need at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool. ► $300 per night During the winter months, please be aware that colder outdoor temperatures may cause the pool to feel cooler than its maintained temperature of 85°F. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard. -Pet Policy- We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Nothing other than magical, exactly what my husband and I were looking for. The villa is beautiful as well as the surrounding area. Everything was clean, the beds/linen were super comfortable. The cohost team was also super responsive and kind. Thank you for an amazing stay, we hope to be back !

Incredible place! Super clean, peaceful, and a great spot to fully unplug and enjoy the house/surroundings. The host was awesome, very responsive and easy to communicate with at all times, and I mean all times! Would absolutely stay here again!
