The entire property is yours to enjoy! Please note that the 2 closets in the hallway and the outdoor storage bin in the garage  are being used for storage for supplies for the rental that is locked to guests.

-Pool Heating Fee-
If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September.

-Pool Heating-
Only one of the pool or hot tub can heat at once. If you wish to use the hot tub while the pool is heating, just note that the pool heating will turn off while the hot tub heats. Once the hot tub is turned back off, the pool heating will resume. 

-Hot Tub Heating-
Please note that because the hot tub is an in-ground hot tub, it is not heated constantly in order to conserve energy. It will take around 30 minutes to heat to 104 degrees from ambient temperature.

-Pool and Hot Tub Service-
The pool and hot tub are serviced Tuesday and Friday, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.

-Dogs-
Luna Canpanula welcomes your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

- Firewood for Outdoor Fireplaces-
If you'd like to use the wood burning fireplace, please note we do not provide firewood. If you'd like to enjoy the fireplace, we recommend picking up bundles of firewood at a local grocery store or gas station in town.

The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it’s important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.

-Security Cameras-
There are security cameras facing the outdoor areas (the driveway as well as one on the left and right sides of the home) for security and in order to monitor the quantity of people and cars on the property, so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances and for insurance and liability purposes. These cameras are not monitored unless an event like a party or injury occurs. There are no security cameras inside or facing any private areas of the home, such as the pool area.
