With seamless indoor-outdoor flow and multiple lounge areas, it invites you to slow down and settle into the rhythm of the desert. -Outdoor Amenities- The outdoor spaces at Solara Ridge are designed to embrace the surrounding landscape, offering a variety of places to relax, gather and take in the views. A courtyard-style front patio welcomes you with a fire-pit lounge and comfortable seating, creating a natural setting for sunset cocktails and evenings under the stars. Just off to the side, a private patio features a spa, cowboy pool and outdoor dining area strung with café lights, creating an inviting setting for long, relaxed meals. A bistro set offers a quiet space for morning coffee, journaling or simply enjoying the stillness of the desert. -Living Area- The main living space is open and airy, with elevated ceilings and expansive sliding glass doors that fully open to the outdoors, framing the surrounding desert landscape. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for gathering, relaxing or simply taking in the view. Designed for both comfort and connection, the living area flows effortlessly into the kitchen and outdoor spaces. For larger groups, an air mattress and extra sheets are located in the laundry room and can be set up in the living room for extra sleeping space. -Kitchen & Dining- At the heart of the home is a spacious chef’s kitchen, thoughtfully equipped for preparing meals with ease. A large central island offers ample space for cooking, serving and gathering, making it ideal for shared meals and entertaining. Whether you’re enjoying a casual breakfast or a shared evening meal, the space is designed to feel both elevated and inviting; bringing people together. -Bedrooms & Bathrooms- The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite is spacious and serene, complete with a king bed, elevated ceilings, a walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom. French doors open directly to the fire-pit lounge, allowing for a seamless connection to the outdoors. Two additional guest bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds, each thoughtfully designed for a restful and relaxed stay. -Surrounding Area- Set high above the surrounding landscape, Solara Ridge captures the essence of the high desert—wide open skies, stillness and breathtaking views in every direction. Just a short drive from Joshua Tree National Park and the shops and restaurants of town, the home offers both privacy and convenience, making it an ideal desert retreat. -Amenity List- Your stay comes complete with every amenity you’ll need for a relaxing escape: ► 6-person Hot Tub ► 6' cowboy tub soaking pool (Unavailable from Nov-March) ► Propane fire pit ► Propane BBQ ► Central Heat & Air Conditioning ► Fully stocked kitchen with tons of spices, olive oil, utensils & cookware ► Drip coffee machine & French press ► Coffee provided, as well as a variety of tea and sugar ► Smart TV in the living room ► Record player with record collection and Bluetooth portable speaker ► Bose Soundbar ► Board games & books ► Cornhole ► Washer & Dryer A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed. -Pool and Hot Tub Service- The pool and hot tub are serviced Tuesday and Friday, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. They will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard. -Dogs- Solara Ridge welcomes your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Many services can come directly to the house, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable stay! -Desert Wildlife & Safety Tips- The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it’s important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs including ESAs/service animals should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants.
